You may modify or cancel your order at any point until the items are dispatched by contacting our Customer Services team.


After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors in your order information, and we will happily amend this for you.

We offer Express shipping worldwide with our distribution partners, UPS. If you need your order delivered as soon as possible, please contact our Customer Service team and they will be able to upgrade your postage and take payment.

Sometimes our emails are redirected into the spam/junk folder. If you wish to confirm your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

All Express orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same working day. If we receive your Express order after 12pm, it will be shipped the next working day.

Standard orders are shipped within 3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email from UPS with your tracking details and delivery options, including collection from a UPS access point, safe place or neighbour.

Yes, you may return your online order to our London Northcote Road store. Please bring the item/s together with your packaging slip or order number for an exchange or refund.
