Shipping & Returns


From placing your order to the magical moment you receive your new Olivier London delivery, we aim to make your experience a smooth and enjoyable one.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check the details and contact our Customer Service team if you notice a mistake or need to amend your order.

Once your order has been picked and packed, our dispatch team will email to let you know that it has been shipped. You will then receive an email from one of our couriers with all your tracking details.

Delivery times

We believe in delivering the highest quality service for our customers, and partner with Royal Mail for UK Standard and Europe deliveries, and UPS for all other international shipments.

UK: £4.50, 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.

UK Express: £7.50, 1-2 working days via UPS Courier Service. Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.

Europe: £15, approx 7 working days via Royal Mail service.

USA: £20, 3-5 working days via UPS Express Courier Service.

Rest of the World: £25, 5-7 working days via UPS Express Courier Service.

Sales Taxes and Duties 

All orders are shipped with duties unpaid. Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs/duties and or VAT. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods, therefore we advise you to check your local customs tax and duty before placing your order, as these must be paid before the goods are released for delivery.

Following the trade deal negotiated between the UK and the EU, some EU orders are now subject to additional VAT charges in the destination country. These charges vary between countries, therefore we advise you to check your local VAT charges for children’s clothing before placing your order. All VAT charges must be paid by you before the goods will be released and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please note, we are unable to refund the VAT charges due at the destination. If the charges are left unpaid, the goods will neither be delivered to your intended recipient nor returned to the UK, therefore we will not be able to refund your order once it has been shipped.

For all other international deliveries, the customer is liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside the UK and over £500 to the USA.

Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you love the pieces that you receive from Olivier London, but if you need to return or exchange any items ordered online or in-store, please do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following delivery.

Should you wish to return your items, please ensure the original label or relevant seal is intact. We are unable to accept products returned without their original labels or seals, or items which have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition.

Socks, tights, hair accessories, face masks, and sample sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Please note, it is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods at their own expense and we are not responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.

For all International orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for international orders. Please return your unwanted items and place a new order for the items you wish to receive. Please note, Olivier London is not responsible for any customs charges on returns and the customer must ensure the parcel is sent DDP (delivery duties paid) stating it is a return. All returns are at the expense of the customer.

For all UK orders:

We are unable to offer free returns unless there is a problem with your order. If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with your original packing slip, order number, or contact details so we can ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible.

If you wish to exchange an item, please call us on 01246 918890 so we can reserve the item for you, or pop a note in your returns package along with your original order number or contact details. Then return the item/s for an exchange to the address below. As soon as we have received your items, we will process the exchange.
